You must always be in compliance with local and state guidelines.

Some communities have greater restrictions than the state. The current state guidelines say no gatherings greater than 10 people.

1. NO Public or Broker Open Houses

2. You can do showings on Listings

3. You can accompany buyers on appointments

4. You cannot enter the office

5. You can be present at a home inspection

6. You can accompany an appraisal

7. You can be present at a walkthrough

8. The offices will remain closed until Governor’s order is lifted

9. You can attend closings (up to attorney)

10. You must always adhere to CDC guidelines.
